Job Description

  • Responsible for primary and secondary sale targets in assigned area
  • Provides quality leadership for Internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding company values at all times: inclusive of constructive problem solving, facilitating creative improvements, and inspiring others.
  • Achieves the assigned territory revenue and sales targets quotas for all product range.
  • Establishes an environment and foundation for future sales growth. guide & teach team how to sell value and solutions to company’s customers.
  • Directs the selling activities within the assigned territory, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions.
  • Distributor management and have hawk eye on distributors return of investment
  • Leads the sales team, inclusive of managing performance, coaching, mentoring, hiring and career development.
  • Responsible for the assigned territory forecasting and sales tracking and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of area sales and profitability.
  • Build team support and strong relationships with other key management staff.
  • Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
  • Servicing the needs of your existing customers.
  • Ability to follow up with sales, primary customers & sale force on daily basis.
