We are looking for a Office Assistant (PA) to CEO.
The role of PA is to save CEO’s time from organizing and administrative tasks so that he can spend maximum time on strategic tasks. Incumbent must possess following skills and qualities;
• Strong communication skills
• Command on MS Office.
• Presentable, young and energetic
• Able to handle multiple tasks
• Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
• Managing diaries
• Organizing meetings and appointments,
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines
• Typing, compiling and preparing reports and meeting minutes
Package details: 25k to 30k and timing will be 10am to 6pm.
